E-258: The Duke Bourbon; Dissident & Montecristo cigars; Roulette Martingale

Podcast 258, 2/14/2016 … Happy Valentine’s Day! We hope you bought flowers & chocolates for your loved one and a bottle of bourbon for yourself! Treat Yo’self! We did by procuring a bottle of “The Duke” bourbon, made by the son of John Wayne…or a way for his son to profit off his Dad’s name. It’s an “okay” bourbon, not one we’d ever be clamoring to find again. But as a unique, one off bourbon, it’ll get the job done if you’ve had a rough day.

In the cigar segment we review the Dissident Bloc cigar and the Montecristo Connecticut Vintage White Series. Jason thought his was good enough, but Tony loved his smoke. Tony’s really been on a winning streak of high quality, well constructed and delicious smokes these past few weeks! Go Tony!

Finally, we discuss an interesting Martingale Roulette system that has a 5.36(-ish)% house edge but, like all systems, will leave you broke (quickly) depending on whether that ball lands on the wrong number within 3-5 spins! That said, if you’ve got the money to burn, why not give it a shot?

Don’t miss Jason doing a quick rap for us in the edited portion…Tony may have taken a few “liberties” with Jason tripping on his wording! It’s all in good fun!
