Podcast 268, 4/24/2016 … In this go around, we share with you Indian Gaming By The Numbers. In it, we discuss the boom of Indian casinos around the country, what it’s doing to Vegas and the positive fiscal impact it’s having for both state and local government budgets. From there, we roll into a Maple Beefeater Martini, using Roux’s special maple bitters, paired with Beefeater gin. Do you like gin martinis? If so, you might enjoy this cocktail. Finally, we review two pretty boring cigars. Neither the Alec Bradley Vega Coyol (that Tony smoked) nor the Padilla La Terraza (that Jason smoked) were really any good. Both gentlemen generally rated their cigars as a “Meh”…which is too bad. There are so many great smokes out there to enjoy that a mediocre cigar is really disappointing. And frankly, life’s too short to be smoking less than stellar cigars.
